Make Richland Animal Hospital Your Home HospitalAt Richland Animal Hospital, we've spent more than 70 years building something that has become increasingly rare in veterinary medicine: a practice built on relationships.
Many of our clients have trusted us with generations of pets. Our team members know one another well, support one another genuinely, and share a commitment to providing compassionate, practical, high-quality veterinary care. We believe excellent medicine starts with trust-trust between doctors and clients, doctors and staff, and colleagues working together toward the same goal.
We're seeking an Associate Veterinarian who wants to practice quality companion animal medicine in an environment where their voice matters. Whether you're an experienced veterinarian looking for a stable, relationship-focused practice or an early-career doctor seeking mentorship and support, you'll find a team committed to helping you succeed.
One of the things that makes Richland special is our people. Our Hospital Manager is a Licensed Veterinary Technician who understands firsthand how to build strong medical teams and support veterinarians in delivering their best work. Our Medical Director is deeply committed to patient comfort and quality of life and brings a thoughtful approach to medicine that includes an interest in complementary therapies and individualized patient care.
The hospital itself is bright, welcoming, and exceptionally well maintained. We have loyal clients, dedicated support staff, and a collaborative culture where kindness, respect, and communication are just as important as clinical excellence.
Animal welfare is also central to who we are. Our team actively supports rescue efforts within the community and believes every animal deserves compassionate care and advocacy. If helping animals and supporting the people who love them is what drew you to veterinary medicine in the first place, you'll feel right at home here.
